Why can't I find my tracking information?

Tracking data is usually available 2–5 business days after your order has been shipped. If you still cannot find your shipment after this period, please double-check your tracking number or contact us for assistance.

Why is my shipment stuck at the same location?

International shipments may pause at transit hubs or sorting facilities for several days — this is completely normal. Delays can also occur during peak seasons or due to weather conditions. Your package is on its way.

My shipment shows a customs hold — what should I do?

Customs clearance is handled by your local authorities and may take a few additional days. In some cases, you may be contacted by customs to provide identification or pay import duties. This process is outside our control, but we are happy to provide any documentation you need — just reach out to us.
