5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

6. DELIVERY & SIGNATURE

- YJL DOLL is not responsible for packages left unattended per customer request
7. DELIVERY ISSUES
7.1 Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Do not refuse the package
- accept it and note the damage
- Take photos of the exterior packaging and any visible damage
- Contact us immediately at info@yjldoll.com with photos
- We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange replacement or repair
7.2 Lost or Stolen Packages
- All shipments are insured
- If tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the delivery address
- Contact the carrier
- Contact us within 48 hours
- We will investigate and file a claim if necessary
7.3 Incorrect Address
- You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
- Address changes after shipment may incur additional fees
- Packages returned due to incorrect addresses will require reshipping fees
7.4 Unclaimed Packages
- If you don't claim your package and it's returned to us:
- You will be charged reshipping fees
- Storage fees may apply after 30 days
- Refunds will not be issued for unclaimed packages
