  • North America: 35-45 business days
  • Europe: 40-50 business days
  • Australia/Oceania: 30-40 business days
  • Other regions: 40-60 business days

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

5.1 Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive:

6. DELIVERY & SIGNATURE

  • You can arrange redelivery or pickup at a local facility

  • Signature may be required for high-value shipments

6.3 Safe Place Delivery

  • You may request the carrier to leave the package in a safe location
  • This option is available during checkout or by contacting the carrier
  • YJL DOLL is not responsible for packages left unattended per customer request

7. DELIVERY ISSUES

7.1 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Do not refuse the package
    • accept it and note the damage
  2. Take photos of the exterior packaging and any visible damage
  3. Contact us immediately at info@yjldoll.com with photos
  4. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange replacement or repair

7.2 Lost or Stolen Packages

  • All shipments are insured
  • If tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive it:
    1. Check with neighbors or building management
    2. Verify the delivery address
    3. Contact the carrier
    4. Contact us within 48 hours
  • We will investigate and file a claim if necessary

7.3 Incorrect Address

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
  • Address changes after shipment may incur additional fees
  • Packages returned due to incorrect addresses will require reshipping fees

7.4 Unclaimed Packages

  • If you don't claim your package and it's returned to us:
    • You will be charged reshipping fees
    • Storage fees may apply after 30 days
    • Refunds will not be issued for unclaimed packages
