  • Hassle-Free Delivery - We handle all customs paperwork and payments. Pre-cleared customs in most cases. You don't need to do anything.
  • Worldwide Coverage - Applies to all international orders. Valid for all countries we ship to. However, customs charges may apply (for example for Norway, Switzerland and the UK).
  • Customs Declaration - Products declared as "Mannequin", "Art Model", or "Display Figure". All documentation handled professionally and discreetly.
  • Processing Time - Customs clearance typically takes 1-5 business days. We monitor all shipments and assist if issues arise.

Note: In rare cases, some countries may require additional documentation. We will contact you if this is needed.

4.5 Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order ships
  • Track your shipment through the carrier's website
  • Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed due to customs processing

4.6 Delivery Issues

  • If you are not available to receive delivery, the carrier will leave a notice
  • Unclaimed packages returned to us may incur reshipping fees

5. NO RETURNS POLICY - ALL SALES ARE FINAL

6. WARRANTY POLICY

  • 1-year warranty from date of shipment
  • Covers manufacturing defects in materials and skeleton structure

Silicone Sex Dolls:

  • 2-year warranty from date of shipment
  • Covers manufacturing defects in materials and skeleton structure

6.2 What is Covered

  • Material defects (tears, cracks, or separation not caused by user)
  • Manufacturing flaws present at time of delivery

6.3 What is NOT Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from improper use, cleaning, or storage
  • Stains or discoloration
  • Damage from excessive force or improper handling
  • Modifications made by customer
  • Damage from improper care or maintenance
  • Cosmetic issues approved during pre-shipment inspection

6.4 Warranty Claims Process

If you experience a manufacturing defect covered under warranty:

  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Photos and/or videos clearly showing the defect
    • Detailed description of the issue
    • Date of delivery
  3. Our Response:
    • We will review your claim within 2-3 business days
    • If approved, we will send replacement parts or repair components free of charge
    • Customer is responsible for shipping costs to receive replacement parts
    • We will provide repair instructions and guidance

6.5 Repair Parts

  • For minor defects, we will send repair parts at no charge
  • Customer must pay shipping freight for replacement parts
